About
Making
aesthetic changes, as well as, becoming physically stronger
has become a science. In the past decade an abundance of
research and information has been made
available in the field of health and fitness. I have
dedicated myself to learning and understanding this
information so that I may guide and educate my clients on
their journeys to discover their own physical abilities.
I have trained
males and females of all ages with a variety of conditions
from the generally healthy to those in a state of disease.
I have also instructed individuals with a variety of goals
from aesthetics to athletic performance. Whatever my
clients’ conditions or goals may be, a systematic approach
is used and implemented to achieve success.
The most
important part of my clients having success in the programs
I create for them is the education I provide them with. It
is simply not enough to just show up and get a great
workout. What my clients do outside of the gym is just as
important, if not more, to attain the goals they set forth.
A certain level of awareness must be achieved in the areas
of nutrition, recovery, and daily stress.
The more
knowledge and awareness my clients gain, the more
opportunity they will have to reach the results they
desire. Yet, to be truly successful they must learn to
maintain those results. Therefore, much of my efforts go
towards teaching the maintenance of the human body. Getting
results is the easy part. Holding onto the results is the
challenge.
